What’s happening?

We’ve launched cross-play between Meta Quest, Steam and Android. This means players on all three platforms can play together, all at the same time!

What do I need to do?

You won’t have to lift a finger. Cross-play will be live next time you launch Vegas Infinite.

What does this mean for my Vegas Infinite account?

If you have a Vegas Infinite account, don’t worry, nothing will change. You can log in as usual on Meta Quest, Steam and Android.

What does cross-play mean for my balance?

Your balance will remain safe and secure.

If you enable cross-platform progression by logging in to your Vegas Infinite account, your balance will be shared across Meta Quest, Steam and Android.

If you are not logged in to your Vegas Infinite account, you will have separate balances for each platform you’re playing on.

What does cross-play mean for my stash?

Your stash will be right where you left it.

If you enable cross-platform progression by logging into your Vegas Infinite account, your stash will be shared across Meta Quest, Steam and Android.

If you are not logged in to your Vegas Infinite account, you will have separate stashes for each platform you’re playing on.

If I’m playing on Android, what will I look like to players on Meta Quest and Steam?

If you’re playing on Android, players on Meta Quest and Steam will see you as a randomly assigned preset Meta Quest/Steam avatar. This avatar will be consistent each time you log in.

If I’m playing on Meta Quest or Steam, what will I look like to players on Android?

If you're playing on Meta Quest or Steam with a preset avatar, players on Android will see you as a randomly assigned preset Android avatar. This avatar will be consistent each time you log in. 

If you use a fully customised Meta Home avatar, players on Android will see you as a randomized preset Android avatar and this Android avatar will be randomized each time you log in.

What if I’m wearing Vegas Infinite’s custom props and apparel?

If you launch the game on Meta Quest, Steam or Android and you’re wearing Vegas Infinite custom props or apparel, every player on every platform will still see the custom prop or apparel regardless of your avatar.

Can I set-up private rooms and games between friends on Meta Quest, Steam and Android?

Absolutely! Setting up private rooms and games is as easy as ever, and you and your friends can join from the device of your choice.

What will happen to my leaderboard status?

We’re merging the results of all our players across Meta Quest, Steam and Android. This means the competition pool just got a whole lot bigger and your leaderboard status may change. Let the games begin!

What does this mean for the Infinity Jackpot?

Cross-play means players across Meta Quest, Steam and Android will now all contribute to the Infinity Jackpot at the same time.

Can I switch between platforms during an MTT?

Absolutely! With cross-play, you’ll be able to sit down and compete against players on all platforms, all at the same time.

What’s more, if you’re logged into your Vegas Infinite account, you can switch between platforms during the tournament! Even register on one platform, then play on another. The choice is yours.
