How Do I Submit an Issue Report?
Players can submit issue reports for any technical issues with the game here in our Support Center. Our Support Team forwards all bug reports to our Development Team for further review.
The issue report form is not for requesting chip and/or item refunds.
Some issues may take some time to resolve, however we regularly post updates and announcements on our game store pages (on Oculus, Steam, and PlayStation) and in our #announcements channel on our official Vegas Infinite Discord.
Our Development Team strives to fix issues as quickly as possible, and we thank our community for their patience and support!
To submit a bug report from the Support Center:
- Click “Submit a request” in the top right of the page.
- In the drop-down menu, select the game area/mode where the issue occurred.
- Complete the request form with as much information on the bug you encountered as possible, then submit your request.
Our Support Team will review your request within 7 business days.
If you play on PC, please attach your Player.log files after experiencing an issue and quitting the game. This can help our Development Team investigate the root cause of the issue.

How Do I Get the Flyswatter Prop?
Players can earn an exclusive Flyswatter prop, under certain conditions. To earn a Flyswatter, a player must be:
- The first to report a game-breaking bug
- Include clear steps for reproduction
- Steps must lead to its fix.
These 3 conditions must be met to receive this rare item!
