What does this mean for your account?

We’ve been working round the clock to make sure the leap to Vegas Infinite is a seamless as possible for our players. Here’s what it means for you.

1.       What’s the scoop?

PokerStars VR is rebranding to Vegas Infinite on September 10.

You might find the odd mention of PokerStars VR in the game or older promotions, but rest assured we’re working on it. From September 10 and beyond, we’ll be known as Vegas Infinite!

2.       How will I know this is happening?

We’ll be in touch to let you know when we’ve made the leap to Vegas Infinite.

3.       Why are you doing this?

Over the past five years, our game has become more than poker and gaming, and more than virtual reality. Vegas Infinite is our vision for the entertainment destination of the future.

4.       Are you still powered by PokerStars?

Absolutely. The games you know and love are still powered by PokerStars and other Flutter Entertainment brands, giving you what we believe is the safest, most authentic gaming experience out there.

5.       Where can I find the game?

From now until September 10, you can download the game for free at the Oculus Store, Steam and PlayStation Store by searching for PokerStars VR.

From September 10 onwards, you can still download the game for free at the Oculus Store, Steam and PlayStation Store by searching for Vegas Infinite. If you’ve already downloaded PokerStars VR, you’ll find we’ve made the switch to Vegas Infinite automatically.

6.       How do I log in?

If you’ve already downloaded the game, don’t worry. You won’t have to lift a finger. Simply launch the game as normal and jump in right where you left off.

7.       What happens to my username and password?

Our rebrand to Vegas Infinite will not affect the username or password you use to log in to your Oculus, Steam or PlayStation account.

8.       Will I need to download the game again?

We may require you to update the game in your library against the usual schedule of updates. But you won’t need to download the game again in order to play.

9.       What will happen to my Chips balance?

Your Chips will be right where you left them.

10.    What will happen to my Creds balance?

Your balance of Creds will be right where you left it.

11.    What will happen to my stash and items?

Nothing will change with your stash of existing items. But you might find a few surprises waiting for you!
