1. What’s happening?
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to upgrade our menu, so you can get the most out of Vegas Infinite. The new menu is now live, so take a look around and let us know what you think!
2. Why are you doing this?
Vegas Infinite started off as a poker only game with a handful of locations and a small selection of props. Today, we’re the full virtual Vegas experience.
You can choose from poker, slots, blackjack, roulette, craps and Rocket Rush, visit a huge selection of environments, browse hundreds of props and accessories, enter tournaments and competitions, smash leaderboards, manage friends lists, send gifts, customise your profile. The list goes on.
All this means our menu has grown more complex over the years. And with plenty more in store for Vegas Infinite, now’s the right time to make our menu faster, simpler, and more convenient.
3. Where is it happening?
The new menu will be available to Meta Quest and Steam VR and PC players on March 12.
For everyone on PlayStation VR2, the menu will stay the same for the time being. We’ll be in touch as soon as it’s time to make the switch.
4. Can I switch back to the old menu?
For a limited time only, players on Meta Quest and Steam VR will be able to toggle to the old menu while you find your way around the new menu.
Players on Steam PC will jump straight to the new menu.
5. What will happen to my Chips and Creds balance?
Don’t worry. Your Chips and Creds will be right where you left them.
6. What will happen to my Stash?
All the items in your Stash will stay right where they are. Plus, you’ll notice a load of improvements that make it easier to find and equip your items as you play.
7. What will happen to my friends list?
Your friends will be ready and waiting.
8. What about my leaderboard position?
Got that top leaderboard spot in your sights? Your progress is safe and secure.
9. Where can I leave feedback?
We’d love to hear what you think about the new menu. You’ll find a dedicated channel on our Discord so you can give us your feedback.
10. What if I get stuck?
If you get stuck or spot any problems, our Customer Support team are available any time. Raise a ticket here by clicking ‘Submit a Request’ in the top right corner of our Support Center.
